Service Customer Experience Coordinator

Basil Toyota in Lockport is growing and looking to add a Service Experience Coordinator to join our Service department! What You'll Do:

As a Service Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping to create a smooth and positive service experience. Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers Reconnect with past and inactive customers Support the service team by maintaining strong customer communication Accurately log interactions in our system

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email) Previous customer service experience Positive, professional attitude Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Reliable and team-oriented Call center experience is a plus, but not required
