Job Summary Join our dynamic Service Department as a Dispatcher, where you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling for our service team. In this energetic role, you'll coordinate service appointments, assign technicians to jobs, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional customer support, streamline operations, and uphold our commitment to client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule and dispatch technicians promptly to customer locations based on priority, location, and technician availability. Maintain accurate records of all service appointments, client interactions, and dispatch activities using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems. Communicate clearly with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries with courteous phone etiquette. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of jobs while managing changes or delays efficiently. Support customer support efforts by providing detailed information about services, troubleshooting issues when needed, and ensuring client needs are met. Assist in analyzing dispatch data to identify trends or areas for process improvement, enhancing overall efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and record keeping. Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Experience with analysis of dispatch or call data is advantageous for process optimization efforts. Basic cash handling skills and typing proficiency are beneficial for administrative tasks related to billing or invoicing. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
