Responsibilities Supervise daily service operations, ensuring timely and accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs Coordinate schedules for technicians, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation Maintain high standards of safety, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations Provide technical guidance on mechanical issues, utilizing your knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs Oversee the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure precision in repairs Conduct regular inspections of work performed to verify adherence to quality standards Foster a positive team environment through coaching, training, and performance feedback Customer retention, customer sales Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair processes Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic devices like ohmmeters for troubleshooting and repairs Experience managing or supervising a service team within an automotive or related industry Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers professionally Ford or OEM experience preferred Join us as a Service Manager where your expertise will lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding service.
