Data HVAC Solutions, LLC Pay:
From $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus per year Job Description Position Overview Data HVAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and support our growing commercial HVAC service department. This position plays a critical role in overseeing daily service operations, managing technicians and dispatch coordination, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing HVAC service teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department Manage and support service technicians, dispatchers, and office staff Coordinate scheduling and technician assignments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Monitor service calls, callbacks, job progress, and completion timelines Communicate professionally with customers regarding service updates, escalations, and ongoing needs Review and approve work orders, invoices, and technician notes for accuracy Assist with estimating repairs and recommending solutions to customers Track department performance metrics, labor hours, and overall profitability Support technician development through training, coaching, and accountability Coordinate parts ordering and ensure materials are available for scheduled work Maintain strong communication between field staff, vendors, and customers Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices Assist ownership with operational improvements and department growth initiatives Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC service management or supervisory role required Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service operations Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities Experience managing schedules, technicians, and workflow coordination Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and vacation time Health, dental, and vision insurance Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD) 401(k) retirement plan Year-end performance bonuses Company-provided training and growth opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Apply directly through Indeed.
