RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs, parts, and warranty details. Pay Attention to

Details:

Accurately look up parts, check in parts orders, and prep orders.

Ensure Approval of Warranty Claims:

Complete all warranty documentation as required by the manufacturer. Work as a

Team:

Maintain open communication with management, fellow advisors, and technicians. Complete work in a

Timely Manner:

Ensure that all services and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers

SUCCESS TRAITS

Candidates that will find themselves successful in this position are: Able to Multitask Able to communicate effectively Detail Oriented Professional Reliable Efficient Experienced with computers Team Oriented Service/Parts Experience (Preferred but not required) This is a full-time position starting at $22.00-$28.00/hour, depending on the individual's experience and productivity.
