Service Porter

Warrensburg Ford is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our service department. In this role, you'll be an essential part of keeping our service operation running smoothly, from welcoming customers and moving vehicles to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. What We Offer Competitive pay Health insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and sick leave Flexible scheduling What You'll Do Greet customers arriving in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake and delivery Move, park, and stage vehicles in designated areas throughout the lot Wash and vacuum customer vehicles following service completion Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop area, and customer waiting lounge Keep lot vehicles organized and properly displayed Perform vehicle pickups and drop-offs for service customers and dealership needs Handle light facility upkeep and general shop cleaning duties Tag and store keys accurately to ensure proper vehicle tracking Support service advisors and technicians with tasks as requested Represent Warrensburg Ford professionally with every customer interaction What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout a full shift Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach Team player who communicates well and takes direction easily High school diploma or equivalent preferred Warrensburg Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
