Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport dealership customers and employees in a courteous and timely manner. Check in vehicles and move them to a parking space. Also responsible for quality control test drives and transporting vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

Safely drive customers and employees to and from specified locations. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during transportation. Check in customer vehicles, get Vin number and miles off, check for damage and park them.

Skills:

Bilingual proficiency is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Previous experience as a delivery driver is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills from previous roles in hospitality or related fields.
