Job Description
We are on the lookout for an energetic and approachable Service Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of service and delivery for your prospective team. Duties include, but are not limited to: Lead and supervise the service team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional customer interactions. Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and motivate team members to achieve high standards of service. Manage internal and external customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency. Fill in on routes as needed, completing all regulatory paperwork. Identifies and communicates daily issues and opportunities to the Service Manager and upper management. Maintains all required tracking and measuring, accurately and on time. Communicates information changes to the proper person in a timely manner (i.e., Account Status Change, problems in the field). Tracks attendance and vacation schedules; ensure requests are submitted, posted and do not represent a conflict. Follows all FMCSA standards. Other duties as assigned. This position will be covering the Columbia and Sauk County areas. Compensation Starting at $70,000 annually Monthly phone allowance Monthly vehicle allowance Steel toe boots/shoes reimbursement Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Three to five years' experience working in the beverage industry highly preferred. Proven experience in supervising or managing a team. Required Skills/Abilities Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with a clean driving record. Maintain up-to-date Federal Medical Card. Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and customer service skills. Ability to analyze information, make decisions, solve problems, and prioritize tasks. Possesses effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to be a team player, motivate and work well under pressure. Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with employees and customers. Demonstrates high attention to detail. Self-motivated and driven to lead an ever-changing work environment. Proficiency in the use of computer and mobile devices, including an iPad. Knowledge of state and federal laws for operating a commercial vehicle.
