Service Technician

Personnel Plus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician to join a growing service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing agricultural equipment in the shop, field, or at customer locations. Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:30 AM - 6:00

PM Saturday Rotation:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Weekend rotation and on-call availability required Compensation & Benefits Starting at $21.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Ongoing training and development opportunities Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment with minimal supervision Perform field service calls as needed Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Utilize CNH diagnostic software and service tools (EST, CNH Service Tools) Complete service reports and maintain accurate repair documentation Communicate repair status and service recommendations with customers and management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay current on technical training and product updates Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience working on agricultural equipment is required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
