We're growing and looking for a skilled, experienced Service Technician/Mechanic to join our team—not a backyard mechanic, but a true professional with real shop experience. What We Offer Modern, air‑conditioned service bays with up‑to‑date equipment and diagnostic tools Steady flow of work from an established customer base Competitive pay (flat‑rate or hourly, depending on experience) Paid time off and holidays Supportive management that actually listens to techs Clear processes, well‑organized service department, and parts support Ongoing training opportunities to keep your skills sharp What You'll Do Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (domestic and import) Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections according to manufacturer standards Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates Document findings and repairs thoroughly and accurately Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop environment What We're Looking For Solid shop experience as an automotive technician (dealership or reputable independent) Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.) Own a quality set of tools and know how to use them Reliability, good attitude, and a team‑first mindset Valid driver's license and good driving record ASE certifications are a plus, but not required if your experience speaks for itself If you're an experienced tech who's tired of poor conditions, disorganized shops, or getting treated like a number, this is your chance to step into a professional, well‑equipped, comfortable environment where you can do your best work.
