Service Technician

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing dryer vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, and mini-split cleaning for residential and commercial customers. What We Offer $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Year round position Pay increases: Start at $22 per hour, increase to $24 per hour at 3 months, and increase to $26 at 9 months Full time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am until the day's schedule is completed Opportunity for more hours based on performance and demand Paid vacation starting at 1 year 401k and matching starting at 6 months Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term growth Responsibilities Perform gutter cleaning and pressure washing in the spring and summer months Perform dryer vent, air duct, and mini-split cleanings using company equipment year round Maintain clean and organized equipment and work vehicle Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients Follow safety procedures and company standards Complete service documentation and reports Regular door hanger and signage for marketing Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces Must be comfortable lifting, carrying, and climbing exterior ladders and being on safe roofs Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
