Job Summary Rhapsody Natural Foods, is a small food manufactureruring company in Central Vermont. We make different fermented foods like: Tempeh, Natto, Miso, Koji, and Mochi. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping Manager/Flooter to lead our shipping operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. From managing stock levels to coordinating shipments, all while maintaining a safe and productive environment. Duties Supervise shipping and receiving activities, ensuring the timely processing of orders Coordinate order picking, packing, and loading/unloading Oversee stock replenishment, stocking procedures, and inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts Basic math skills for inventory calculations and shipment documentation accuracy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead a small team effectively in a fast-paced setting.
