Service Technician

Trumbauer's Motorsports is looking for an experienced small engine technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of small engines and equipment ranging from ATVs to Compact Tractors. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and safety, and keep our customers equipment on the trails or in the fields. Duties Perform inspections of various types of equipment to identify malfunctions, potential issues or recommended services using service manuals, diagnostic tools and software when applicable. Record all findings and recommendations on repair orders and provide them to the service advisor or service manager for approval to proceed. Perform approved repairs, replacements, adjustments or modifications as directed by the service advisor or service manager. Perform assembly of various types of equipment including installation of additional components such as accessories, implements and attachments as directed by the service advisor or service manager. Document all aspects of the services performed on repair orders including time used, parts used and critical information. Provide the repair order to the service advisor or service manager for completion. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, explaining issues and solutions clearly. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all service activities. Requirements Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. Attention to detail Mechanical background Electrical diagnosis and repair experience is a plus Diesel engine diagnosis and repair experience is a plus Hydraulic diagnosis and repair experience is a plus Reliable transportation to work Ability to work individually or in a team setting

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
