The Service Technician/Manager will have a wide variety of responsibilities including customer service, repair services and technical support for clients. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can quickly learn and adapt to our products and processes. This position is full-time with an excellent benefits package, including medical and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems concerning operating systems and computer hardware. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and coordinate repairs with customers. Fix and repair machine's in shop or at customer's location. Research solutions to unusual technical problems. Talk with customers on solutons to repair equipment. Coordinate and prepare work orders for billing. Oversee shop employee's and direct on daily tasks.

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
