Succeed:

A sharp eye for detail

• you'll be making sure every stitch and seam is just right. Great hand-eye coordination
• you'll be working with different types of sewing machines and materials. The ability to follow written instructions and blueprints with ease. A strong sense of responsibility
• being on time and dependable is a big deal here. Comfort working with machines and staying focused while seated for extended periods. A high school diploma or GED
• it shows you're ready to learn and follow directions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating a variety of sewing machines (like single/double needle, overlock, CNC auto tracker, and more). Reading and interpreting blueprints and build plans. Staying organized and handling multiple tasks on your own. Following all safety and work procedures. Learning new skills and growing with us!

What We're Looking For:

Someone who's detail-oriented and accurate. Good with measurements (you'll need to work within 1/16th of an inch). Comfortable using rulers and spotting small differences by eye.
