Job Description:

Hybrid- 2/3 days onsite, Chicago Loop A fast-growing multi-state organization is adding an Accounting Analyst to its d Services team. This role will work closely with the Senior d Services Analyst and support critical Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations across multiple business units. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally between accounting, operations, and banking partners while helping improve processes in a growing organization. What You'll Work On

• Support Accounts Receivable operations , including collections follow-up, aging analysis, and customer account management
• Assist with treasury activities such as cash movement monitoring, bank reporting, and cash application support
• Help resolve AR discrepancies and payment issues in partnership with internal teams and customers
• Support month-end close activities , reconciliations, and reporting tied to shared services operations
• Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives within the ERP environment
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations teams across multiple business units Ideal Background
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Cash Applications, or Accounting Operations
• Experience working in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
