Role Overview We're looking for a skilled Line Cook with Shawarma or Al Pastor experience who understands vertical roasting, meat prep, and high-volume service. If you've worked with a spit before and know how to manage flavor, texture, and speed—this is for you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook shawarma / al pastor using vertical broilers (spit) Slice and portion meats to maintain consistency and quality Marinate and prep proteins according to house recipes Manage grill and hot line during peak hours Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Work closely with team to ensure fast, efficient service Qualifications Experience with shawarma, al pastor, or trompo-style cooking

REQUIRED
