Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members during shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal team performance. Oversee training of new team members, sharing your expertise and passion for Dave's Hot Chicken. Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards, maintaining the highest level of excellence. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Open and close the restaurant, following established procedures and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts. Support the General Manager in achieving operational goals, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English. Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for Dave's Hot Chicken and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ability to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
