As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in running our restaurant, ensuring that every customer enjoys delicious pizza and an outstanding experience. Compensation:

$16

• $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met.

Qualifications:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Experience in the food service industry.
