Shift Leader/Cashier

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenient store establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Qualifications•Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the gas station Basic technical sales skills to assist customers with products sold at the gas station•Must Have Smart Phone Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and provide exceptional customer service responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping, and mopping floors Stock shelves and maintain inventory of merchandise Provide information to customers about products and services offered at the gas station Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:

•Retial/cashier experience is a huge plus but not required We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
