Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager / Team Leader to help run daily operations in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you have leadership skills, customer service experience, or want to grow into a restaurant manager career , we'll train you. Shift Manager Responsibilities Lead shifts and supervise team members (crew members / cashiers / cooks) Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant Ensure food safety, food quality, and cleanliness standards Train, coach, and motivate employees Assist with opening and closing duties Manage inventory, stocking, and daily operations Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements Must be 18+ years old Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment Basic math and cash handling skills Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 90% of shift) Lift up to 50 lbs Perform cleaning duties (floors, equipment, parking lot) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in fast food, retail, or restaurant management Experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or team leader High school diploma or equivalent Flexible availability (day, evening, night, overnight shifts) Benefits Flexible scheduling (great for students & second jobs) Employee discount Health insurance options Career advancement opportunities (Shift Manager → Assistant Manager → General Manager) Paid training Grow With Taco Bell Many of our restaurant managers and general managers started as shift leaders.
