Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service in our food service establishment. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
• Assist with food preparation and service when necessary

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the food industry, hospitality management, and food service operations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Experience in coffee shops, hotels, catering, or restaurants is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
