Full Job Description Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Implement and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures while directing staff in accordance with company policies and objectives. Perform responsibilities and operating procedures in accordance with all PlayLV's Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the efficient operation of all table games on a particular shift. Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all casino staff. Promotes positive guest relations In the absence of management, may be responsible for the casino operations on the assigned shift. Create a fun atmosphere for all guests Instills an atmosphere that encourages staff to share ideas, discuss concerns, and resolve conflicts. Encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples. Retains staff through involvement in training and development. Explains why we do things in advance of doing them. Performed other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form. Superior customer relationship skills are necessary. Ability to read and comprehend all documentation. Ability to always communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests. Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers. Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform the manipulation of numbers and basic math calculations Knowledge of all Nevada regulations, gaming laws, and PlayLV s internal controls, policies, and procedures pertinent to the job. Ability to get a Nevada Gaming license and necessary work cards. Minimum five years' experience in casino games and operations with appropriate licensure and progressive supervisory experience.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work could be performed in small areas with 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of the assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the physical ability to access all areas of the facility; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects; withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing at least 50 lbs. without restriction. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure; work indoors and outdoors, as well as being exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors. Most work tasks are performed indoors; however, there are events where outdoor activities are required. Indoor temperatures are moderate and controlled by internal environmental systems.
