Job Summary Beefaroo is seeking a dependable Shift Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, coaching others, maintaining high standards and being a people person. We are seeking dependable managers who have the availability and commitment to work late-night shifts, with the ability to stay and lead operations through closing hours up to 1:00 AM. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations Deliver great customer service and resolve issues professionally Maintain food safety, labeling, and quality standards Train and coach team members on stations and procedures Assist with inventory, order corrections, and basic admin tasks Monitor labor, attendance, and breaks; adjust staffing as needed Maintain a clean, safe, organized restaurant environment Oversee drive-thru speed and order accuracy Complete opening/closing procedures and store checks, including late-night closings up to 1:00 AM Uphold company policies and model professional behavior Qualifications Prior restaurant or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to high standards Must have availability to work late-night shifts and remain on-site through closing (up to 1:00 AM), including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth and leadership opportunities Employee discounts Training and development Benefits for full-time employees Join a team with over 50 years of great food, great service, and great people!
