The primary responsibilities of in-store management are to, complete assigned projects, ensure associates are completing their assigned tasks, help associates with any policy or procedure questions. Answer customer requests that are beyond what front line associates can answer. Are responsible for opening/close store in absence of MOD. Ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience.
