Shipper Job Description The Shipper role involves categorizing freight, organizing and palletizing products, and collaborating in a team environment to ensure efficient deliveries. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Responsibilities Follow instructions from your computer, paperwork, or supervisor to prepare shipments. Count and check items before shipping and report any missing or damaged items to your supervisor. Pack boxes, add labels, and ensure accurate weight measurements. Load trucks or containers manually. Use a computer to track product locations and monitor shipments. Report broken equipment or issues to your supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Complete daily reports and other necessary paperwork. Adhere to company rules and safety guidelines. Assist with additional tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience in shipping or warehouse environments. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Proficiency in using RF scanners, receivers, and picking and loading equipment. • 2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm
• 10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm
• 6:30am). The work involves manual loading and requires adherence to safety protocols. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.30
