Shipping and Receiving

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment and takes pride in keeping inventory and shipments moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all products are accurately received, processed, and distributed Prepare, package, label, and coordinate shipments using internal systems and carrier platforms Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards Maintain organized inventory records and assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure all shipping documentation and records are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping procedures Experience using shipping software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to lift and move packages as needed and remain active throughout the shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a plus Benefits Weekly Pay Holiday Pay After 30days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
