Join Kula Bowls as a Team Member, where you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering delicious smoothies, Acai Bowls & Toasts in a fun and friendly atmosphere! This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who love providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Serve customers with a smile while preparing and serving our signature frozen treats. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Assist in restocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure smooth operations. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service during peak hours. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
