As a Back of House Processor, you will be at the heart of House of CB's continued growth and success. We need someone with prior experience in retail stock or warehouse logistics who can bring their expertise and passion to the table. You will be the backbone of our team, working side by side with a dedicated group of professionals to ensure smooth inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving operations, and exceptional organizational standards.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but what matters most is your drive and passion for getting the job done. Flexibility is key, as you will need to adapt to a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills will help you collaborate effectively with team members and maintain clear communication channels. You possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of your responsibilities with minimal supervision. Effective time management and a knack for thinking outside the box will enable you to tackle challenging tasks and find innovative solutions. As the workload may be demanding, physical capabilities such as walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting for prolonged periods, climbing ladders, and carrying up to 75 pounds are essential. Duties and Essential Functions may include, but are not limited to: Operating technology such iPads, printers, and laptops, maximizing efficiency and accuracy. You'll be at the heart of order processing, promptly answering emails, inspecting garments for any damages, and expertly repackaging goods. Utilize your keen eye for detail to inspect merchandise for customers returns. Handle refunds and exchanges with finesse, focusing on timeliness.
