• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team.

In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient movement of goods into and out of our facility, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and inventory management. Your expertise in warehouse operations, including the use of warehouse management systems and RF scanners, will help us maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity. Duties Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting for damages, and recording data using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload equipment while adhering to safety protocols Prepare outgoing shipments by picking orders with order pickers, packing items securely, and ensuring proper labeling for delivery Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and updating records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or AS400 platform Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory accuracy in the warehouse distribution network Assist with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks responsibly while following safety procedures and certifications Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; forklift certification is preferred Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy Experience with order picking & packing processes within a fast-paced distribution setting Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices including load & unload procedures and stock replenishment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control Join us as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist where your skills will directly impact our ability to deliver quality service efficiently.
