Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities against packing lists, and recording data in our warehouse management system (WMS) or AS400 platform. Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and organize inventory efficiently. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting products using RF scanners or order pickers, packaging items securely for transit, and labeling shipments accurately. Manage stock levels through regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and updating records in our warehouse distribution system. Assist with order fulfillment by picking and packing customer orders with precision to ensure timely delivery for e-commerce or wholesale clients. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves properly and adhering to safety protocols during load & unload activities. Use basic math skills for measurements, quantities, and calculations necessary for accurate inventory management and order processing. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. Strong understanding of order picking & packing procedures within a distribution setting. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience with order fulfillment processes in e-commerce or retail environments preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
