Job Summary:

The Shipping Clerk plays a key role in supporting efficient distribution center operations by ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving. This role involves order processing, order fulfillment, and use of warehouse management systems. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to support effective communication., basic math skills, and general warehouse operations are required to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and update daily

• specific key performance indicator o Orders ship in full
• OTIFF o Orders ship short
• OTIFF o Orders ship on time
• OTD Scan BOL in Share point for record keeping purposes Review open orders daily to ensure up to date with the most recent revisions.

Manage and update inbound and outbound schedule Managed Carriers and Customers appointments. Manage intercompany shipping schedule Schedule weekly pickup and delivery appointments with key accounts Process and group orders for FTL for key accounts Schedule carrier pickups for weekly LTL and FTL orders Verify carrier billing for delivered orders Ensured that all orders are shipped accordingly Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Experience using ERP (preferably S2K or VAI) Some Knowledge of

EDI, TMS

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish Good verbal and written communication skills Minimum two years working in a warehouse environment Ability to effectively communicate, both internal and external at all levels Provide rapid response to any inquiries Professional attitude Strong math, reading, writing and record keeping skills
