Ideal for candidates with some experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Order entry, order processing, and quotation management Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and courier shipments (domestic & international) Provide customer support including order status, shipment tracking, and inquiries Manage CRM data entry and ERP transactions Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) Follow up on payment pending orders Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Service teams Support month-end close, reporting, and documentation (IQ/OQ) Assist with specialty shipments, training events, and promotional materials

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's a plus) 1+ years experience in logistics, order processing, customer service, or supply chain Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM systems Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability
