What You'll Do As a Shipping Dock Worker / Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping products moving in and out of our facility safely and efficiently.

Your day may include:

Operating forklifts safely to move materials throughout the warehouse and shipping yard Loading and unloading trucks accurately and efficiently Inspecting products for quality before shipment Completing shipping paperwork and documenting inventory accurately Identifying and reporting damaged product or shipment discrepancies Assisting with monthly inventory cycle counts Processing customer shipments, including UPS shipments Supporting warehouse organization and cleanliness Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE Working closely with the Shipping Manager and team to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Shipping, warehouse, logistics, or dock experience is a plus Ability to work independently and on a team Strong attention to detail Basic math and documentation skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional on-call shifts as needed Physical Requirements This is a hands-on role that requires: Lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching Working in indoor and outdoor environments Climbing on and off industrial equipment safely Why People Like Working at ADS We believe in promoting from within and creating real career growth opportunities.
