Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is critical to ensuring products are received, documented, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and process incoming and outgoing products using computer software and handheld devices Prepare, print, and organize all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels Maintain accurate inventory levels; ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for Direct truck traffic and communicate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading Collaborate with management to resolve shipping and receiving issues Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area Cross-train in other departments and provide support as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Familiarity with scheduling processes and logistics coordination Ability to train and guide team members on proper procedures Willingness to work extended hours and all shifts as needed

Work Environment:

This position operates in a warehouse setting and may require standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.
