Shipping & Receiving Associate Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturing facility who is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate. The Shipping & Receiving Associate will utilize a sit-down forklift to work the Shipping & Receiving department, receiving, shipping, organizing, and distributing product for production to deliver to customers. The ideal Shipping & Receiving Associate has at least 2 years of Shipping & Receiving experience, is fully trained in operating a forklift, understands warehouse operations and is a team player. The Shipping & Receiving Associate position is a full time, temp to hire position in Walnut, MS.

Shipping & Receiving Associate Job Responsibilities:

Receives, Inspects, Ships & Prepares BOL's & Packaging Slips/Purchase Orders as Needed Communicates With Management Regarding Shortages, Damages, or Wrong Inventory Received Updates Inventory Counts, & Distributes Received Inventory to Appropriate Locations & Departments Utilize a Forklift & Pallet Jack to

Receive, Ship, & Organize Product Organize The Shipping & Receiving Department Follow & Wear All Safety & PPE Requirements Shipping & Receiving Associate Job Requirements:

HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required 2+ Years of Shipping & Receiving Experience Required Forklift Certification Required Previous Experience Utilizing Inventory Systems Has Solid Math & Computer Skills Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs Has Excellent Communication & a Willingness to
