Shipping & Receiving Associate - Germantown, WI

Overview PCC , a GCG Company, is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our tight-knit team in Germantown, WI! In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving orders accurately and helping out in other departments as needed. If you are looking for a full time , direct-hire position in a climate controlled warehouse to get your foot in the door and gain hands on experience with an industry leader in wire, cable, and industrial automation, then PCC may be just the right fit for you!

Mon-Fri Pay Rate:

$21+/hr (based on experience) + full benefits

Accruals start date of hire + 7 paid holidays Access to robust healthcare options, including medical, dental and vision coverage Secure you future with 401(K) plan featuring employer contributions Company paid•Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Voluntary benefits available What You'll Do Perform quality control, review pick tickets, and package and label orders Complete shipping paperwork and ship out orders via UPS and FedEx Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL, & FedEx Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put-away Perform additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring At least 1 year in a warehouse role required High School diploma or GED equivalent required Experience with computers required Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL Shipping Systems a plus Attention to detail Willingness to learn and cross-train Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs About GCG At GCG , our mission is to power, connect, and automate our world.
