Connect Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing plant in Santa Ana, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18-$19/hr. In this role, you will process and inspect products to spec, package materials for transit, and support receiving and shipping operations on the production floor. Training runs Monday-Friday on a day schedule before transitioning to the regular morning shift.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Process product according to production routing and department requirements on the manufacturing floor. Inspect finished and in-process products for compliance with specifications and aesthetic quality standards. Package and handle materials to minimize damage risk during movement and transit between operations. Complete production and departmental documentation accurately and on time. Support receiving and shipping activities based on customer purchase orders and company quality procedures. Enter and look up data in ERP software, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and shipping carrier platforms. Minimum Requirements 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor environment. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate manufacturing software systems. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience using ERP software or a Quality Management System (QMS) in a production setting. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including working from purchase orders. Experience performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards. Prior work in a light manufacturing, assembly, or inspection role. Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documentation in English.
