This role is responsible for ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely while maintaining organized inventory and supporting our wholesale parts operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming parts shipments from manufacturers and outside vendors Accurately post and document received inventory in the management system Organize, shelve, and locate parts within the warehouse and document management system Process core returns and warranty parts Pull, pack, and fulfill wholesale parts orders Coordinate and route drivers for daily wholesale deliveries Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow all company safety procedures and operational processes Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, or automotive parts preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic math and computer skills Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and inventory documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Automotive parts or dealership experience Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Paid time off and holidays Health benefits and 401(k) eligibility
