$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

Skills That Get You Hired High school diploma or GED Production, warehouse, or machine shop experience Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues Precision counts — you know quality when you see it Fit to handle lifting and standing all day Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to operate or learn basic machinery (no advanced setup required) Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team On the Job Run machines the right way to keep production steady Spot issues early and fix them before they stop the line Keep a close eye on product quality Handle adjustments and small fixes when needed Follow safety rules and work with the crew to get it done Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas Operate basic manufacturing machinery (button-operated equipment) Load and unload materials and products Assist with inventory tracking and reporting discrepancies Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support general shop operations as needed
