Shipping & Receiving Production Support Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Shipping & Receiving Production Support Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless floor operations. This energetic position involves supporting the shipping and receiving processes, managing inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment to keep our distribution center running efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, ensuring safe handling at all times. Support order picking and packing activities by utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately fulfill customer orders. Manage stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and replenishment tasks, maintaining organized storage areas. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move goods efficiently within the facility. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and SOS platforms to track inventory movements, update records, and support order processing. Assist in load & unload operations for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries, maintaining a smooth flow of goods. Requirements Previous warehouse experience with shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or distribution is highly preferred. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and SOS Inventory is advantageous. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy. Experience with picking & packing processes in an e-commerce or distribution environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure correct order picking, stocking, and packaging procedures. Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and operate warehouse equipment efficiently.
