Job Description

POSITION
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
▪ Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments.▪ Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products.▪ Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment.▪ Enter daily transfers or adjustments.▪ Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines.▪ Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.▪ Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly.▪ Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas.▪ Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.▪ Attend required company and departmental meetings.▪ Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.▪ Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience▪ High school diploma required.▪ Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred. Licenses and Certifications- Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
REQUIRED SKILLS1.
Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, vendor software, and company specific programs.2. Well-developed organizational and time/task management skills.3. Strong attention to detail.4. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.5. Ability to exercise independent judgment.6. Superior internal and external customer service and effective communication skills.7. Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.8. Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
