We are seeking a Shop Foreman to lead daily operations, ensure quality workmanship, and drive efficiency in our service and build shop.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Review build scope and customer concerns; identify gaps and coordinate with sales, service, and build teams Supervise shop workflow, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time completion of builds and repairs Assign technicians to jobs and monitor productivity, time tracking (Karmak/Kronos), and performance Perform DOT inspections and final quality control on all work Coordinate and track all sublet work, including transportation to/from vendors Adhere to labor estimates and service documentation Enforce parts procedures, ensuring all requests are documented and controlled Lead technician meetings, training, and development; assist in hiring efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Communicate supply and tool needs; assist with lot and equipment organization Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a shop foreman or lead technician role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of heavy equipment/truck service operations preferred Familiarity with shop management systems (e.g., Karmak, Kronos) a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as our Shop Foreman — lead with expertise, inspire your team's success, and deliver unmatched service quality every day!
