Key Responsibilities Technical Assembly:

Measure, cut, and terminate high-performance wire ropes according to specific engineering orders.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate industrial machinery including swaging presses, hydraulic cutters, and specialized winding/spooling equipment.

Rigging & Material Handling:

Use overhead cranes and heavy-duty forklifts to move massive rope reels.

Quality Control:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of ropes and fittings to ensure 100% compliance with safety standards.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Assist in the proper storage and preservation of wire rope inventory, ensuring reels are protected from environmental damage.

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in a heavy industrial, rigging, or manufacturing environment.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices (calipers, tape measures).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Safety First:

Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and a "zero-mistake" mindset when handling critical lifting components.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Skills Previous experience with wire rope splicing or terminal fittings. Certified Forklift Operator (Heavy Load experience is a plus). Knowledge of crane operations or maritime rigging. Benefits of working with
