Shop Helper

We are hiring a Shop Helper to support our fabrication, machining and production teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is reliable, and wants to learn and grow within a shop environment.

Job Overview:

Assist fabricators, welders, machinist and other departments with daily tasks Load, unload and move materials and finished parts Measure, grind, cut and prepare materials Operate basic hand and power tools Prepare units for shipment, palletizing and packaging Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety rules and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Read, write and speak in the English language (does not have to be your first language) Physically able to move 25+ plus on a consistent basis, i.e. heavy work pieces, tools and supplies manually or by hand truck Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented WIllingness to learn and follow instructions Previous shop or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time hours Insurance Benefits Paid Time Off On-the-job training Opportunity to learn, grow and advance
