Job Description

Aerotek is hiring - Immediate joiners as Shop Laborers in Spokane at $19/hr Job Description Seeking dependable Shop Laborers to support a small machine shop. This hands‑on role involves grinding, sandblasting, brazing, painting, assembly, cleaning, and general labor to keep production running smoothly. Great opportunity to learn machining skills and grow into a trade. Responsibilities Assist with grinding, sandblasting, brazing, painting, and assembly Perform general labor and cleaning tasks Use hand tools, tape measure, and basic math for production work Support safe material handling (forklift if trained) Follow shop safety rules and supervisor directions Requirements Comfortable standing or sitting for long periods Able to lift up to 100 lbs Shift Timings - Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. GED preferred; forklift or blueprint reading a plus Why Work Here Small, hands‑on shop with a close‑knit team Consistent day shift schedule Chance to learn machining and build long‑term skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
