Full‑time About the Role We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team in a hands‑on role supporting the preparation, maintenance, and repair of hoisting and rigging rental equipment. This position plays a key part in ensuring our equipment is reliable, safe, and ready for immediate use by customers across a wide range of industries. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment performing inspections, repairs, and equipment handling while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare rental equipment orders and perform quality inspections. Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand‑operated equipment. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment. Operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles and move equipment throughout the warehouse. Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and on schedule. Requirements Experience Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred Experience with hand and power tools Experience with air hoists, come‑alongs, manual hoists, electric hoists, or rigging equipment is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements Push/pull up to 50 lbs Lift/carry up to 55 lbs Pre‑Employment Requirements Background check Employment verification PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
