Short term rental cleaner, runner and maintenance

Overview This position has a variety of responsibilities, and can be accomplished by one person or more than one person. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and prepare rental units between guest stays, including dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning to uphold high cleanliness standards. Perform routine floor care such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet maintenance to ensure pristine surfaces. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks like fixing fixtures, replacing light bulbs, or addressing small plumbing issues to keep properties in top condition. Act as a runner by delivering supplies, linens, or amenities to rental units swiftly and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues proactively. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and supply inventories to ensure smooth operations. Document work and time using technology on a phone or computer. Skills Proven experience in cleaning short term rentals strongly preferred. Roles such as janitorial work, housekeeper management, or hospitality-related cleaning. Ability to perform simple maintenance tasks confidently and safely. Excellent attention to detai is a must. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple properties efficiently within tight schedules. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist guests when necessary.
