Shower Door Installation - Experienced Subcontractor 1099 or Business

Experienced Shower Door Installation Sub Contractor HCI is a third-generation construction and installation company, distinguished by its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and top-notch installation services. We are looking to find quality shower door installation partners / subcontractors who are handy, friendly, and self-motivated. If you have the tools and knowledge of shower door and glass installation, Heaton Construction would love to partner with you for our shower door installations.

The Opportunity:

Shower Door Installation

• This role would be to install shower doors sold by our in market estimators.

HCI partners with big box retail stores throughout the southeast to support their customers in both sales and installation of shower doors. In addition to installation, HCI also leverages and pays our installation partners to provide detailed measurements when needed. We are growing exponentially throughout the Southeast in every market and are looking for the right installation partners to grow along with us.

Expectations:

• 2+ years experience installing shower doors
• Access to a helper when a 2 man team is required for heavy door installation.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Effective communication
• Ability to maintain your own schedule
• HCI provides customer details post sale, and you set your own installation schedule with the customer.
• Ability to pass a background check through our big box retail home improvement partners.

Required Skills:

• Experience Installing both standard and custom shower doors
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with technology and mobile apps to log activity and provide quotes

Earnings:

Minimum of $350 per install, maximum of $650 per install determined by shower door enclosure and installation difficulty. Connect for additional details.
