Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Showroom Administrator to oversee daily showroom operations while supporting client intake, scheduling, project coordination, and administrative functions. This role is the hub of our business—ensuring an exceptional client experience, a polished showroom environment, and smooth internal workflows from first inquiry through project completion. Duties Manage daily showroom operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and presentation Greet and support clients with a professional experience Respond to inquiries in a timely manner Schedule, confirm, and track consultations and project appointments Maintain accurate client records, notes, and project timelines Track material selections, samples, and outstanding decisions Coordinate final walkthrough / completion appointment with Steph & Terry Create invoices in accordance with customer contracts and ensure they are issued in a timely manner Support administrative, office, and light financial tasks Maintain a high level of accountability with communication, documentation, and follow-through across all workflows Receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries Operating a forklift to move, stack, and store materials safely Inspecting incoming goods for accuracy and damage Qualifications 5+ years experience in showroom management, office management, or operations Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Excellent customer service mindset with attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple calendars, deadlines, and priorities High level of accountability and ownership of responsibilities Experience in construction, design, or home services preferred Experience with Quickbooks a plus Why You'll Love This Role Work in a design-forward, relationship-driven business Be trusted with meaningful responsibility and autonomy Collaborate closely with owners in a supportive, team-oriented environment Play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
